Alsace, with its unique blend of French and German influences, offers a rich tapestry of gastronomy and art de la table experiences. The winter season is the best to witness the amazing Christmas atmosphere Alsace is delighted to preserve. After a 3 full days in Paris, we will travel to the east of France passing by the amazing Baccarat Manufacture, one of the most traditional crystal factory in the world. Continuing our trip, we will head to Alsace and visit Colmar, Strasbourg, and the beautiful village of Riquewihr and its well-preserved medieval architecture. We will discover the wonders of the local markets to indulge in the region's culinary delights, and sample Alsatian specialties such as tarte flambée (flammekueche), choucroute garnie, and various artisanal cheeses. We will explore the Alsace Wine Route, renowned for its scenic beauty and exceptional vineyards, and enjoy a wonderful dining at a Michelin star restaurant. The local boutiques, patisseries, and quaint cafes will offer a glimpse into the local lifestyle, and the visit of a beautiful pottery shop will make you discover the local art de la table.
